Even after 15 years, yoga never ceases to amaze me; good for the mind, body and soul, it really gives you everything. As a busy Londoner though, it’s the timeout sensation that I love most.

Time is such a luxury, a rarity even for many of us nowadays, and I love the ability yoga has to pull you out of the hecticness and just be.
