The yoga pause experience

Even after 20 years, yoga never ceases to amaze me; good for the mind, body and soul, it really gives you everything. As a busy working mum of two though, it’s the timeout sensation that I love most.

Yoga has that magical ability to leave you feeling content, energised and rebalanced; connected in a way that’s totally unique. And that’s what I’m here to share with you.

Blending Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, my flowing classes will help you increase your flexibility, tone and strengthen your body, whilst calming and soothing your mind. In short, they’ll get you looking and feeling great.

Having taught in yoga studios and gyms across London for many years, I’ve recently decided to focus on providing private classes.  It’s not always easy or practical to make it to a class, and people are sometimes uncomfortable practicing in a big group.

So now, I come to you at a time that works best for you!
